Drafting for VCAT
May 28 @ 9:30 am - 1:00 pm$330
Nearly all VCAT appearances require the drafting and presenting of a written submission.
The submission is not the only part of advocacy but it is an important part.
Drafting for VCAT involves more than writing a submission. Everything a planner writes can affect the outcome of a proceeding (including external correspondence, responses to referrals etc).
In this workshop, you will learn about the risks of writing in each phase of a proceeding – before, during and after. Importantly, you will learn how to write an effective VCAT submission.
Morning tea will be provided.
REGISTRATIONS CLOSE ONE WEEK PRIOR AND SPOTS ARE LIMITED.
REQUEST AN INVOICE AT CHECKOUT TO SECURE YOUR PLACE AND PAY LATER.
